Lighthouse Point

At the north eastern edge of Broward County, nestled between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale Beach is one of the best locations to enjoy the waterfront lifestyle of southeast Florida: Lighthouse Point.

With over 18 miles of waterways, most residences in Lighthouse Point are waterfront single-family homes, with a range of architectural styles and influences. There are an increasing number of new construction options as homes from the original build era of the late 1950's are razed and luxurious modern homes take their place.

The entirety of Lighthouse Point is tucked in east of US1/Federal Highway, between SE 10th Street and East Copans Road. Lighthouse Point has a small town atmosphere and leisurely lifestyle, which residents and government officials have consciously preserved over the years.

Lighthouse Point was named for the iconic Hillsboro Lighthouse, which has stood guard over the Hillsboro Inlet since 1906. Thanks to the efforts of the Hillsboro Lighthouse Preservation Society, the Hillsboro Lighthouse is one of the few remaining operational lighthouses in Florida.

Lighthouse Point has many dining, shopping and entertainment options. Located between the cities of Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, popular areas like Mizner Park, Las Olas, beaches, museums, fine and casual dining, airports and more are all a short distance.
