Actual process: We’ll meet to discuss pricing strategy and launch date and I’ll give you some suggestions on how we can maximize the value before listing your property. I’ll send over my photographer & videographer and we will put together a beautiful collateral package consisting of personalized webpage, brochure, and social media posts across all platforms. We will email all of the high-net worth investors, brokers, and clients in my database an email with all of the details and we’ll place your listing in all Douglas Elliman offices for display.

Behind the Scenes Magic

Once you've watched the beautiful launch and then made it through the (admittedly anti-climactic) period of having the property on the market, you will bask in the afterglow as we manage a thousand grueling details for you on the back end. We will coordinate with your attorney, financial team, house manager, business manager, assistant, feng shui practitioner, designer, or anyone else you'd like us to. We will even explain every minuscule granular detail to you if you'd like us to (though you won't.)

Champagne Toast

Once the ink is dry on the closing documents and you are no longer the owner of the subject property, we'll have a celebratory toast! I'll be your favorite Realtor of all time and serve on your advisory board for life.
