Boca Bay Colony is a small waterfront community in the of just 69 homes northern corner of Boca Raton, FL just along the Intracoastal Waterway. With nearly all of the homes being on waterfront, this is a true boater's enclave and many residents enjoy docking their vessels just outside their back doors.
